AK took his aout , about 5 mins i think , allthough his choice of tool being an Air Chissle was really the best

I didnt take mine out myself, RAM did and fitted the new one.
I was there when they did both tho.
Its fiddley, but not that difficult, but I wouldnt have liked to have done it myself.
Takes two I reckon and ther's nothing in the manual about the actual extraction.
You have to take off all the fans,the steering wheel,the clocks mount, the whole centre console, basically everything thats listed in the Haynes around the dash area to get to all the screws and disconect all the wiring ( hazard/driving lights etc).
You also have to take the scuttle panel off to get 5 (I think) bolts under there. Then two screws on either side. If everythings been disconnected it just needs unclipping from the bar running across the bottom.
Time consuming I'd say rather than difficult.

Dont sound to bad then, ive had all centre console and dial areas out not steering wheel though!

Hummmmmmmmmmm how long till PVS
