Paid in two cheques last week, and I know both cleared, spent the money then they correct the account and say the cheques have bonced go in today and ask them what they are playing at, they correct the correction. So I go home and call at a cash point only to have my card eaten,

I hate Barclays changed from them but mine was a business account and they charged me loads for cashing cheques etc, other than that their service was good

ive never had any probs with HSBC and they seem to lick my ass. probably cos my family has been with them for about 30 years.
but they are a pain in the ass cos they dont open on saturday mornings anymore

I'm in the process of changing mine from Barclays to Lloyds, Barclays charges are a fucking disgrace and their employees are hopless. Also I have my business accounts with Lloyds and they've been absolutely spot on since I started using them
