I've been working part time for a company for nearly 3 years - left once for a week but came back... last thursday got a phone call at work at 2pm saying that the store is closing down and ur shutting down at 8pm for good. so we got bout 6 hours notice?
what are my rights with regards to redundancy money and notice period money etc?

go and see citizens advise 
you will probably be intitled to some sort of payment....

Dont you have a contract that has redundancy terms in it
Your probably due something - also depends for what reason the companys closing - if its went under then theres very little chance of getting any pay off....just grap what you can as you walk out the door

citizens advise is you best bet. if ther open! ther never open when i need them

tried to but the security manager came down when we gutted the shop

Whats happening with Warner Bro's, have they gone under? I know the local Massive cinema in Nottingham that was Warner Bros is now UGI/UCI or whatever it is?

tricky one. did you actually recieve a P45 when you left. if not then your should be entitled to 3 year redundancy I recon. as for notice depends what it says in the contract. if they have to give you so many weeks notice then you could sue for breach of contract howeer it's notlikely to happen. look for a new job

same thing happend 2 me, but i couldnt claim anythig because i hadnt workd there 12months consistantly without taking a day off sick.

ask for an employment tribuneral form from the job centre, fill it out and send it off.
