im looking to get a smoothed boot but i have a std bumper, where can i mount the number plate leagaly?

need to get a recess made in the standard bumper and fit a light that shines on to plate

You don't need to have a recess to make it legal, but it's a damn good idea. Regret not having one fitted into mine... But you must have it lit up...
