plenty better cars for £5k

2 mates had them, 1 had a redish/brown 1.6 and was shit - cost a fortune getting it fixed all the time so sold it quick.

other mate had a black 2.0 and hated it - traded for an MR2

its different tho want a fairly newish car that is quick and doesnt need to be highly modded to look nice, wana keep to around group 10 insurance

A friend of mine has the exact same colour above, he's got the 2.0 its pretty fast sounds nice! However, it doesnt beat a 172 but it kept up with one. He got 130 at 4,500rpm in it.
