... to find out more information on the owner of a car, from the registration number? Is there any free online services to do this or can you not get to the information?

no wheres allowed to tell ya
as i wanted to buy the number plate B34RDY (before i got B20RDY) but no where would tell me

if u do find out let us know, as still want to buy the plate

you could copy what I did. phone the previous owner, owners as far back as you can. phone the garage that serviced it and see what problems it's had
