personally i think their kits are alright, and there brilliant for shows cars, which is what the company is designed for.
However, if the right person brought it they could turn it around...maybe offer better kits for cars, maybe head into average joe market instead of show cars etc.

You could also setup another side to it, offering engine enhancments....so a garage to do conversions etc etc

Although, i dont know how they can sell it at 300k, when their yearly profit is only 200k-ish, not a very good feature to advertise

aye, although the new owner could easierly change that

I have to admit though, the new owner will need to inject a fair bit of cash into the business, but it has potentional to make the owner a fair bit of cash

They're based near me. Not surprised to be honest, they make the gashest kits on the planet other than Delta but they concentrate on show cars etc which to me is where the problem is. Theres only so many show cars you can provide for, most companies cater for everyday daily driven cars.

Their revenue is less than 200k, not the profit.

Also, buying a business for £300k with a £200k profit would be almost too good to be true, not a bad thing!

Think about it, you invest 300k and 18months down the line you have made you're money back. Not many businesses out there that could offer that same kind of return!

agree to all of the above
Like i said, the new owner will need to splash some cash, but it could be a nice profit earning if done properly, especially if they started to cater for the average joe modded car market
