how the fcuk do i do it??

i've tried absolutely everything i can think of and nothing is working!!

has anyone else got lumbered with this dam thing and if so, how did you remove it?

I've tried right clicking on it, but all the toolbar options ("standard buttons", "address bar", "links", "stupid fooking isearch toolbar") are all shaded out and cant be de-selected

tried add/remove programs, but not on there

tried ad-aware, but doesn't pick it up

tried virus scanner on the off chance, nope

searched my comp for "isearch" and it found "isearch toolbar" in the windows folder. Great i thought, deleted it, and it still comes up

been through all windows folders and ie folders and nothing stands out

any help would be greatly appreciated by me, my monitor, and the spot on the wall that i'm about to throw the monitor at
