Make sure to visit the Virtual Reality Bodystyling marquee for your chance to win a Nitrous Oxide (NOS) kit worth £700 fitted to your car. Other attractions in the marquee will include four fired up girls from the Liquorice Club in Edinburgh who will entertain you during the day with live stage shows and private dances (for over 18's only) - you saw them last year! Live DJs and show coverage on VRTV featuring the day's highlights, party games, display cars, the launch of this year's giveaway car - a Cavalier GSi - complete with bodykit, alloy wheels, lowered suspension and custom paint job with more to be added throughout the year. And watch a window tint demonstration on the Cavalier GSi by West Lothian Autotints. As well as the entertainment, there will be a wide range of products at crazy prices - remember to bring your wallet with you! For more information please see www.vrbodystyling.co.uk.
Our apologies if you have not heard from us regards getting your car on the Max Power stand. Places are extremely limited and only a few cars can be located at the front of the stand. The quality of cars has been superb and they will definitely all be contenders for the Show & Shine prizes - just make sure you are early to get on the grass.
All cars that are not participating on the 1/4 mile or in the Show & Shine should park on the runways adjacent the show area in the designated public parking.
No glass bottles on site and all dogs on leads please, also take care when driving through Crail and surrounding areas, as the boys in blue will be out in force for our biggest event of the year. Keep the action for the strip and not the public highway.
Anybody camping or looking for accommodation in and around the area should call St Andrews Tourist Office who will have details of what's available. Call them on 01334472021.
Gates open to the public at 9:30am. If you want to guarantee a place in the Show & Shine, BE EARLY as the show area fills up fast. The event runs until approximately 7:30pm, cost is £10 per adult, £5 for under 16's and free for under 10's.
Regards
