Righty...HELP...

Just bought some Infinity 6.5" front speakers for my corsa, installed them pretty much OK...except I couldnt get the door panel all the way off because it wouldnt come off near the window seal (how do u do it?!)

but so i tried them out today and when u turn them up really loud one side will jus suddenly stop and then the other will and the other will come back on...so they intermittently work....but only when u turn it up loud....

the connection blocks are total crap and we had to gaffa tape them together when we installed them...

do u think its a connection problem or am i tryin to suck too much power from my head unit. when i had the standard speakers in i could have volume right up and altho it sounded crap it never did this.

the imdedance of both sets of speakers (original ones and my new ones) is the same.

pull the black trim thing UP thats across the window - then the door card will come off

do you mean the horizontal seal thing? does it peel up from one end then?

yes - just held on with metal clips
