As many of you wil know my car got wrote off in my work carpark by some stupid girl driver who had passed her test 2 days before..

was her fault, i didnt see her.. she pulled out of a junction with give way signs and dotted lines at the end of the junction

well iv been paid out (just didnt accept payment as think cars worth more the £1850)
and had the personal injury stuff. had docs appointment etc
2day tho a letter comes through from hire-car, company who lent me car on basis that it wasnt my fault (says on rear of the courtesy car)
but as they are trying to claim back stuff like the hire costs me. the 3rd party insurers are saying now they are disputing liability
WTF! iv been paid out, my cars gone totally.. and she shudnt have a leg to stand on.. due to circumstances but i stil get this hassle! BITCH!

Do you actually owe this money or not?
Administration of Justice Act may be applicable - have a look at 1a here.

This usually gets people off your back even if you've no intention of doing anything.

Accident claims are always disputed. It won't be the woman herself but the insurance co.
Obviously they don't want to hand over money if they can get out of it.
I had my claim on my Ibiza go on for 6months and i had 4 independant witnesses.
Insurance companys are assholes.

Same here mate. Just keep fighting. I was in a bash and had hire car, injury etc. She accepted liability and the insurance company still would only pay half the hire car costs? I mean wtf. Had to go to court in the end. I think they reckon on most people dropping stuff and lettin them get away without paying. Pi$$es me right off. Took me over a year to get money I was owed and the girl who hit us fully accepted liability. Crazy
