this year after being to york dragway,im going for outright performance. less weight more speed.im not against bodykits but its a bit more satisfying blowing something away in what looks like a standard corsa.

Standard looking and performance.

Im not saying performance only because, a fast rust bucket is still a rust bucket!

I'm always impressed by some of the more custom kitted cars -- especially some of the really smooth cars about at the moment...

But personally I'm starting to rip bits out my car, put on lightweight wheels, and put money in the kitty for TB's...

how would you feel if you were in your 50 grand porsche and a corsa was in your rear view mirror flashing you out of the way at 140.

i really think both...

standard looking cars (not the big boys like Evo's Scoobys and Skylines etc etc...) which just have super engines are good, but could be a lot better...

For example (and im not dissing at all)

LuckyB's old car, if that had a nice subtel kit that would have been miles better.. eps in a nice kandy colour too

but thats what i think and what the next person thinks may be different but thats the way it goes

I just want ultra power in my car so that i finally have the Performance to match the looks

I buy a car that looks good standard or with a few minor mods like clear indicators etc and has a performance engine aswell. All show and no go doesn't do it for me at all.

i just find that with my car if i start putting filler or fibreclass on it , it will fall apart due to competition engine mount which shakes car to bits.
