Really want one for my next car!! They are mint! Gonna see if I can get a test drive in one at the weekend just to see how they drive.
I'm 19 at the moment. Gonna do some quotes in a minute, cos I'd love one when I'm 20.
20yr old
1 years no claims
3 years driving experience
What do people think? Do I have a chance at insuring it!!

Norfolk, very low post code I think. I practically live in a field, and my neighbours like tractors
Insurance is a joke really! I mean at 20 am I really gonna be as stupid driving as I was at 17. Hardly gonna drive dangerously in a lovely mk4 gsi!

its hard to tell, it depends on what band your post code is in.
if i change my postcode from mine to my birds who live a 10 min drive away. i'd get 750 off my insurance
but i'd say 2-2500

I'd say spending 20k on a car and insurance at the age of 20 is not wise unless you have a hugely well paid job or someone else is paying it for you.

22, 3 years no claims, £1434 fully comp on Astra Coupé Turbo. You'll be looking at at least £2-£2.5k

Well i am 22 now with 0 NCB and for me to insure myself on a CTR it will cost a grand total of £1570
I think it was cheaper if i insured myself on a Astra GSI

i aint bein funny but if youve crashed a corsa at least once in three years of driving you are massive risk to the insurers pocket, 2k is good if u can get it. I live in cheshire have 3yrs no claims no points/convictions/accidents and pay 1k TPFT on my cally 16v which I consider reasonable @ 21. The words turbo and 19 dont mix, even at 20 + turbo with accidents = HIGH premium
