Not sure if people are aware of a new "Big Brother! regulation from the enviornmental agency,it is now illegal to break any vehicle from any premises unless you hold a environmental agency licence.
Judging form the number of full and part time car breakers in the UK this could have dire financial penalties for anyone caught without a licence,the agency states that offenders will be hit with big fines....... BEWARE !

Yeah i heard about this. Big debate on mig, it wont come into effect im sure.
Would cause major problems all over the country.

Can you imagine 
How would they class breaking a car? Like mine Nova for instance, up to this weekend it looked like a shell sitting on my driveway with no interior, no wheels, no engine. Now I'm building the car but to the dickheads down my road it looks like I'm breaking it so they could report me.
Its a load of balls, they cannot put this into force.
