Just read in total vaux that the astra mk3 1.6 sport has a c16xe lump in it, 107bhp@6000rpm DOHC16v

Which is also in the gsi, but then surley there is also a 109bhp lump in earlier gsi corsa's???

that was the C16XEL matt, very light difference, not much ttho

X16XEL, not hezard of a C16XEL.

Wouldn't trust all the figs that TV put out, i mean, 107bhp?? No 1.6 came with that.

XEL had 100bhp and a higher torque figure at a lower rpm.
