ok a m8 at work got drunk in a pub, came home and had an argument with his bird, some 1 phoned the police, they came round and ended up asking him where he had bee, he said the pub, and they asked how did u get back, and he said that he had driven, so they breathalised him and he was over the limit, he went to court yesterday and pleaded not guilty, so now its going to crown,
if found gauilty what will he get, or will they just through it out on account of there not being any evidence??

if he was drunk carnt he say that he was saying he was driving to wind the copper up?

you dnt always need evidence, he told the cop that he drove. so the court is more thna likely going to believe the copper

I'm suprise it went to court. if he was not read his rights before he confesed to which he can actually retract where is their evidence

im not sure if they did read the rights ill have to aski him i aint seen him since monday, becoz he kinda punched a wall and broke his hand so he has been at hospital and shit
