..........ordered a present for my mam for christmas in october 2003.........

........she recived it TODAY

thats over 5 fucking months for one thing to be delivered!! needless to say she ISNT paying for it

no email, phone call etc or anything to say it was going to be late, we thought it was just forgotton about
