wel when ever i sign up for insurence the 1st terms of agreement states "the car must not be modified in any way"

hey m8 i have had the biggest problrm to with insurance, im 18 and lookin at gettin clio 1.4 newish... tried
HIC - Apparentyl u have to have owned the car for a year.
Adiran flux - £3900
Tesco - £3996
Elepahnt - £1889 with mods lke kit, wheels, exhaust and suspsension goes up to £2900.
Performance direct - £1949 with mods like above £2900
CIS - 2318
Its jsut madness i may buy a brand new one and c if i can get free insurance lol.
Wot u paying at the mo with mods?
