unless i was being followed by a police car in full decals with sirens going and lights flashing, i would not pull over for anyone wanting me too. Too risky this day in age. Could be any psycho

I was stopped a few years ago by an unmarked Rover. When they finally managed to stop me, they asked why I didn't pull over earlier when they started following me.
When I said that I didn't stop because it the car wasn't plastered with Police livery, they said I'd done the right thing and let me go on my way...

some do - some dont

ones who stopped me didnt - they had to block me in, and then call for a marked car
