cheeky cunt, i walked out to see my m8, and they start shouting, oi son tell your mate its illegal to sound you horn from a staionary vechicle from the hours of 7 am and 11pm, i was like WTF are you going on about, next thing i hear, its illegal to park on the pavement to top things off then grandad revs past me in his cav and nearly runs over me foot
