cant beleive it!

hadnt had work for a week or two after the boss said he'd ring me,

this morning my mobile got cut off so i try and ring my boss, he rings back later and says hes letting me go,

been there for about 18 months, just me and the boss, we repair pc's, he reckoned id fucked some things up and clients didnt want me working for them, funny thing is 2 of the clients i never even did anything for ???

im well p1ssed off.


last hting he said to me 2 weeks ago when i asked him to send my wages was "you can pick them up you will be working on tuesday" that was 2 weeks ago and still no wages.

pretty shit really as he was more of a friend than a boss, now hes turned on me completly. gutted.

unfair dismisalls court mate - do it. Especially if you ant got your wages and he's turned on you as a mate.
Contrary to popular belief you only have to be employed for one year now.

Speak to a good solicitor that offers legal aid, they'll give you all the help you need on it.
also check out: www.dti.gov.uk and I think www.monster.co.uk has some info on it in laymans terms.

unlucky m8,

this happened to me just b4 christmas got sacked after 3-4yrs, was a shocker.

but got a better job now, earn more, enjoy it more, and lots of potenial to earn loadsa £££'s

could be a mixed blessing mate, I got sacked from Council in Jan - I now have my own IT Business and doin miles better than I was at council... (and no im not lookin for any employees )
