worse comes to worse my cars wrote off then wot..

i get a cheque from say their insurance for value of car which is £2500 all mods declared and they say they will pay like for like..

sorry if sound stupid just if my car gets nicked or burnt out then dont i get £2500 plus the value of my mods? fink i said £500- £1000 cant remember

or is the £2500 inclusive of mods

im tryna find all the paperwork

i no the value is £2500

and all mods are declared and paid out like 4 like

just if their insurance pays out to me for 2days crash then dont they just pay car value

Not sure, i would assume they would have to pay what you agreed with your insurer.
