BB (512k) has being slow recently and Tiscali are telling me its down to Norton thinking im on a 56k connection and that i need to reset Norton. However my BB speed is saying 2.3Mbps.

i dumped norton on mine, even though norton setup for bb. when dumped bb was like shit of a shovel

I think something on your computer is seriously wrong.
Personally I thin Tiscali have poor service, And blueyonder is the way forward for which im on their 1mb line and have 0 problems
