£400 isn't enough for new mate, think of it this way.. You want £400 for yours 16's.

TBH i'd pick the wheels you like and spend that bit more on them, you will be pleased once you have got them

the set i was lookin at were 17'' urban racer 5 in shadow chrome finish wid tyres for £500 from motorworld - got more money thou ad opted for newer rims
