....Volvo Doh!

Had tinted windows all round and alloys, was an R reg 850R, set off from a roundabout on a dual track, 1st 2nd 3rd both the same he couldnt pull away i couldnt gain, then hit 85 and he pulled away!!!

Any info on these please, it mitve been tuned tho

The T5-R was the baby to have. It was a fully loaded version the 850R, but had all the toys of the T5, and was just as fast.

They were beasts. Limited to 155mph, but on a documentary about the 850's design, i remember them saying the engine was heavily restricted (emissions etc), and even in standard engine form, it wud do 170mph.

Tuned up one round my way.........yellow (very sexy pastle yellow) with anthra rims + light smoke tints. The guy runs a tyre place. Thats got well over 300bhp, and goes like fuck.

some CS mebers went to a volvo RR day and they are rapid specially from midrange i got to say i think he was laughing @ you gay boy cos i would

they averaged 250 bhp

Altho no where near the quality of the T5's etc, my dad used to have the 760 (V6), and although the 20mpg wernt too nice, the non-stop pull from 50->120 was!!!!
