aye I'm gona flatten it out a bit & its all being documented have quite a few piccies I could put up in 1 thread, would take a while to add them all in!

couldn't find a drill bit big enough, so used one which was 2mm too small & had to use a dremel to grind the holes out larger.

gona have to run a shit load of water through it when its all sealed up, first to check for leeks & also flush out all the crap & metal dust n stuff so it dont knacker up the pump in the PC when its fitted!

the core will be cooling the water, but hoping to get temps of around 25-30 degrees C on an athlon 3200+ (overclocked slightly)...

reckon around 35 degrees MAX under load!

Not bad consifering when air cooled these things run at around 60 idle & 70-75 under load!!

Id reckon it'll be alot cooler!!

Make sure you tell bios the temp ranges n disable CPU fan alarm!I toy'd with the idea of water but just went to the extreme. Whats the rest of the kit?

Gona be makin up the rest of the kit over the next few weeks/months

gona try make my own waterblocks & res for the cooling, bit if that fails, I'll get a DangerDen RBX CPU Cooler & other various makes for the MB chipset, radeon graphics card & hdd cooler.

Spec of machine i'm lookin at tho is overclocked 3200+ XP, 1gb ddr ram, 250b hdd, radeon 9800XT, sb audigy 2 & some other bits, but the spec may change though depending on how long it all takes!

Res is very very very difficult. BLoke i bought my cpu off was into making one off blocks was complex as hell. angles on how the water will flow etc and vertexs bollox. just as good to buy one. i got a P4 2.8 up to 3.8 think it was. Lad who helps me was featured in PC format. 3.06@ 4.1Ghz. Was a beast of a machine.

Good luck making a pump
