everyone going on about it costing £3-4k for the process of getting their turbo lumps in their corsas
its cost me £700
bought the engine in an old crappy astravan (killed 2 birds with one stone as i sourced a van for work ) £1600 with all the bits, gearbox, loom, brakes, suspension, shafts etc
made £900 selling all the old parts
self fitted into corsa, just had to make my own mounts and made my own exhaust with bits from old one

I'm lookin at spending around £1600-£1800 on a cally turbo for the engine & running gear for my corsa.
Won't be much left by time I'm done with it though!

yeah paul better to get the engine already fitted in a car, that way u can pinch the bits needed and get some money back on selling the shell and interior stuff

The shell won't be anygood by time i'm finished with it...
mind, could make a tidy profit from the interior (complete) if I decide to sell that on!
