Had a go for the 2nd time at fibreglassing on my new door builds todya, went alot better than the 1st time, just a learner still




And some new pics as they came out well

Bonnet is very nice,but i cant get it to sit quite right yet

It looks like the bonnet may have bent when the vent was cut in, it sits ok at the bottom of the lights but not the top.

Its a whole new complete bonnet from reiger

it doesnt sit aswell at the mo because it weighs naff al as its all fibreglass and so anything underneath( such as the alarm sensor) pushes it up

looks pukka.

i'd say that the grille was causing the problem. looks like that needs shifting down a bit, then the bonnet catch can be tightened.

Ah, that'll explain the bigger gap on the passenger side then! Could you move the plunger further up the bonnet maybe?

Also thought this at times, may get bonnet extended and bumper extended so no grille

I tried to fiberglass a spoiler for my mates 106 - it got binned
