What do you lot think to this? I've been looking for a Cup for a while, and this seems to be a v.good price.
172 CUP for sale; 52/2002 reg; 20K miles; standard spec; taxed until Sept04; full Renault service history; unusual (?) number plate; very good condition!

Oh yes Had a look at one in a Garage last week, very nice car but 11k , and the Salesman was full of shit. Tried to tell me it had Air-Con, ABS and Spare wheel, these were not even an option on the Cup.

You can get brand new 172's (not Cup) for under £11k at the Motorpoint in Burnley.
I was considering one for a bit but dropped a 2ltr in the Corsa instead.
That blue is a really nice colour too.

I like the 172's, but I prefer the rawness of the Cup.
You can't go wrong for under 11k though.

I don't know where this place gets them. They just seem to have one in all the time. The plate they use is A172 CUP.
Ask m-dot, I think he knows the place and might be able to get you a number.
