What is all this talk of fake documents? Just Print out a letter head with your mobile number and home address and "YOUR NAME MECHANICAL SERVICES" you're not exactly trying to cross the border into Godamnistan!

it does depend on the halfords and who serves you but its easier said do this/that when it clearly doesnt work all the time.

You need a business card (or a letter head).. Thats what it says on the website and thats the policy, if you have a problem email the head office and complain!
