James, you need to allow the 360 to use (Port Forwarding):

UDP ports 88 and 3074
TCP port 3074

I know how to do that on a normal router but mines on a LAN and it isn't the same, plus it's an access point and not a router as such. Meh I don't understand

Maybe so but the leaderboards have always been fucked, as are 'friends' on the PC that feature doesn't work, same as leaderboards doesn't properly.
