Shes being a cow and trying to blame everything on me, and being a huge hypocrit about it. And she has now resorted to calling me names behind my back not knowing I'd find out. Also she lied to me to try and catch me out about what i told her i did sunday (doing what i dont know)
Not saying any more than that as the morning thread is a place to mess about in and have fun, and i refuse to bring it down.

WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!
Everyones jobs have GONE
there is 10 of us and they only need 6 ..
I have to reply for my job and if i get it i will get a pay raise between 5k-13k
and if i wanna take redundancy i will get 400-600 with 4weeks money on top!!

Thats come out really crap  Redundancy pay isn't great either, how long have you been there?
You going to reapply or are you going to sock it to em and move on? The extra money sounds interesting, but would you really want to work with them after they have fucked everyone over?

and becoz 2years outta three ive been under 22 i get paid £155 for 2years and £310 for the last year
