Now Ive cut a lot of the fat (which was my aim to start with) Im really going to push to bulk up a lot more, so will be interesting to see how P90 works at that now Ive seen it work for me to get rid of fat.

More as in than 2st, or more as in?

I think if I looked at bodyfat % it would be a greater number as the 2st will of been offset somewhat with bulking slightly.

Just done my first day, Chest and Back. Just stuck with the standard workout for now but really pushed it harder than the previously (which Im not sure how I did it tbh!!). Feel fucked right now.

Also, this was the first time Ive tried Jack3d, my God that stuff is strong. Only had two scoops (tiny scoops they are too) and within about 10 mins my fingers were tingling (had that before) but then my ears were, the my arms

I really think it helped in the first round of it all as pushed way past what I have previously, but was fucked for the second and really had to push to get anywhere near the same numbers

Right, finally got this all added up. This is more or less my diet for the next 3 months, only thing that will change is my dinner, but tbh it wlll always be around about the same figure.

Its a total of 3,447cals, and a 52/37/11 split between carbs/protein/fats. Plenty of complex carbs throughout the day, protein at 285g in total (thats roughly 1.5g per lbs of my weight).

As always comments welcome...

Figures look good.

Have you got any variations for lunch to stop you getting fed up with it?

Once you join (free) you can use it to put in everything you eat each day, it has a massive database of food and its nutritional value, or you can add your own. Im not going to use it daily, but its great for using it to work out your diet plan to begin with like above.

Right, just got this today of Dan (cheers btw)

Now because i cant do pull ups (would rip the door frame out) i am going to have to use the resistance bands.

I just watched abit of the 1st video to have a look, and i noticed that the guy has it hanging round a beam on the roof!

Any ideas what i could do (i dont have a beam! )

I got a pull up bar from argos, which pushes against the door frame instead of hanging off it. Could be better for you? my house is a cheap kit house type with thin walls. and it handles my 12 stone.
