Especially when you've just had a car accident.

In shock, shaking, trying to explain to someone in India where you are in the UK and what exactly happened is not fun.

all again. I'm really not motivated to do revision. I think the fact the exam is multiple choice, I got 15 on one assignment and 16 on the other is playing a part (16 is the highest).

I'm losing my job so my company can outsource to india, It's so that they save shed loads of money by paying indians pennies.

I always know if its a call centre from India cus there's a delay when u pick up the phone so i just hang up straight away I cant be bothered with it tbh

Barclays have call centres in India. There is something really unnerving about giving your family details, passwords and bank details to someone in another country, potentially with a pen and paper next to their key board.

I phoned Amazon returns etc once, the guy was Australian, and there was a delay

tech support muppet one fobbed me off with a faulty line despite me telling him the line is working perfectly. muppet number 2 has finally put me through to the replacement department after about another 45 minutes of fucking about
