Not a huge amount left that I want to do to it to be honest mate. Its mainly just the inside which I want to get looking mint now.

In the new year the cage is coming back out and thats going to be powdercoated white along with my new rear brace. Before it goes back in I'll be doing the headlining and pillar plastics matt black and making a false floor to tidy it up.

I'm seriously considering a pair of bucket seats and harnesses at the minute as well. I'm a bit bored of the sport seats now and fancy a change. Really liking these at the minute -

The only thing thats worrying me if they are going to be a pain in the arse to live with as its still my daily drive at the minute. We'll see anyway

 | Shame standard seat belts aren't really a option with bucket seats.

Just go for some 4 point harnesses with a quick release.

Its a myth that you use the car daily anyway.

 | I personally wouldnt go with the Monaco S bucket seats even more so if your using it every day. My mates got them in his nova and they are really uncomfy. Corbeau Forza in all black is what you want, People will often say its not practical having them in a car you will use every day but i loved getting in mine all the time

 Don't tell me that
I think I need to sit in a few different ones first. Really like the look of the cobra Monaco ones though!
Cheers Dan, the engines running fine thanks yeah
Got a few annoying problems which need sorts asap when the weather improves though -
 - PAS pump is knackered. Screeches like hell
 - Sump is leaking oil badly from the drain plug
 - CV Joint is leaking on the P/S. Just needs filling back up and a tightening up properly
 - Exhaust is banging off the rear beam constantly. Even on idle

Other than that its sweet lol.

This exhaust is determined to drive me mental I swear
first it randomly started rubbing on the bumper so I cut a bigger hole for it, then it did it even worse lol! Then it started hitting the beam so I turned the clamp around and it was fine for months. Then one day coming out of uni it randomly started banging off it again. Bloody thing If its dry on friday I'll get it on the stands and see if I can sort it |

 | I see
when I was after Monaco S seats I went to the local car shop and sat in them, they seemed comfortable, but really I guess you've got to be sat in it for a while before you make a decision now in glad I stuck with the standard seats |

 | IMO bucket seats will ruin the look of your car shaun
Would be good to be a little different from 'norm' but dont think they will suit yours tbh
Think it would look nice with the recaro seats in

 | Recaros!
or some nice leather trimmed seats.
I had Monacos and was not comfortable at all, plus annoying putting the harness on every time.

 | hmmm I think I may have to rethink this idea then. Cba with them if they are going to be uncomfortable and a nightmare to get in and out of. Shame as I do love the look of them!

Small update to report. Me and my dad changed the power steering pump over today for the new one. Bit of a pain to do and very messy but we got it done. Started it up and no screeching noise...happy days! My dad then goes "I told you it was the PAS pump all along" 2 seconds later it starts doing it again
wounded! Its not as loud as it was before. Just a faint churping sound. So I'm not sure if that means that this pump is also slightly knackered or the bearing on the alternator has gone. Thats the only other thing it could be now as I've replaced everything else including the belt. |

 | is the system thoroughly bled? You'd be pretty unlucky to fit another knackered pump
