Section 59 = for when we can't prove you've done anything wrong
So in theory the penalty for not actually being caught, is greater than what the penalty would be in most cases, had you been caught?

one of my mates got a section 59 for doing something when he wasnt even there  he contested it and got it taken off so providing it wasnt a copper who reported you, you might be able to get rid of it....
