I didn't think I was, I was trying to put it in a friendly tone so you'd maybe stop and think that you are over reacting a tad to typical cs responses. As is you've basically just made yourself look a bit silly by carrying on trying to prove some unimportant point (which no-one would gaf if you proved right or not) when you could just take it up via u2u to save yourself the embarassment
