***Update***
Fitted the coilovers today and what a difference, drives so much better, just fidling round with hard and soft settings at the moment
Firstly got all the old suspension off, then i copper greased the coils, the back of the wheel, spacers and the hub,
Then on went the coilovers (on lowest setting )
Once i lowered it the mudflaps were abit to close to the floor, near enough permantly touching, so iv had to chop them quite drastically
Its alot lower then it was
No pics of whole car yet as its minging but couple of how the fronts sitting

Fiddling round with the settings today, even on soft its stil pretty hard the front end of the car just stays rigid.

ive got the spax rsx coilvers, tempted to take mind abit lower on the front, is it driveable that low? (doesnt catch when steering and on full lock?)

you say the front is wound all the way down?
what modding did you have to do to your exhaust so it doesnt scrape?
any mods to the backbox?
