Is your line work the place that only offers temp jobs but they just move you about?
I'm temp at the minute and we've been to see a financial advisor and he said that i could still get a mortgage even though im temp - just as long as we can pay.

I've been doing contract work for the last couple of years Kat. The money's pretty good and I know I could afford a mortgage but I couldn't get any insurance on it and with a family it's something I'd really need just in case anything happened or I was out of work for a while which has happened in the past

Not really no
It's just that when you drive normally/motorway I think you don't have to push it as much, and revs sit lower on the motorway, So it drinks the same.
I do give it some death too

i always try sit at 65-70 on motorway..buts theres always one twat in the middle lane doing 60 so ihave to therefore go over the speed limit to overtake just to go back to 70 again... even after you have flashed your lights at them..then 5 mins later you see them go past you...lol!

well 70 is 2.5k revs in the XE, and 90 is just over 3k ish, so never really pushing it even when overtaking
