Mobile phone, internet connection, work 2 days from home, company car in Jan and overtime when required/needed

Im 24 on 23k but work out at about 30k with my night and sunday premium,

Now I have no knowledge but I cannot beleive a Sainsburys store manager would get any more than 30-40k MAX!! FD's of big companies dont even earn 80k !!!

and these will be entry salarys in smaller stores, they dont just let you walk into a top 50 store off the street.
