Hi wife is as bad as him, both were animal mad and lived to save whatever animals they could. Due to his 'pathetic antics' the world is more aware of these animals, Australia zoo is one of the largest in the world and helping to repopulate certain animal numbers, etc.
So he is no fool, and he knew his job was a dangerous one. As are alot of others such as being in the army, etc. but I doubt you'd be calling them wankers.

at the end of the day its my opinion it will not changed because you dont like my opinion.
maybe he should of thought about what he was doing with the animals now that he had children to think about.

why be so ignorant? Do you not think he knew what he did was dangerous? He did it because it was his job, his life and he loved the animals.
Him and his wife (and his mother and father too) were all in this together. I have seen vids of her in the middle of the desert catching vemenous snakes when she was heavily pregnant.

as you have done a mangment course on animals in the uk and stating before youve never watched his programmes you are obviously well up on the reptiles and fish in aus he deals with so i must be wrong

no, Im not arsed if you dont miss him or you arent sad. but when you come out with stupid comments that are based on seeing very little of him and knowing nothing about his conservation work it annoys me, and obviously alot of others.

TBH, with you doing an Animal Management course (so obviously like Animals?) I thought you'd be up on his conservation work and the amazing amount of work he has done in his lifetime to improve this - such as investing a LOT of his money he made in land so it cant be developed and will be saved for the animals.
All the animal lovers I know who know of his work cant praise him enough.
