How so?

In reality it's you who does. I love reading you're little "racing" stories. Really make me feel good about myself knowing that when i'm driving down the road I don't feel the need to prove myself in my little female shopping car

Why does everyoine think CTRs are so quick? i have driven a few of them and tbh they are quick yeah, but nothing special, anyone would think they are the fastest cars on the road, and most of the drivers who have them have this opinion on them aswell

Not been behind the wheel in one but have been as passenger, Yes it wasnt that quick and the brakes and handling were fine. But it is a hot hatch, i wasnt expecting blistering pace. Wish this car was kept in context tbh, as a hot hatch its a good all rounder imo. seems that CTR owners seem to discredit the competiton without even considering/looking at them, ie clio 182`s, megane 225, LCR, VXR`s etc etc.

Exactly..the ctr is a nice car but the owners overrate them too much and this is what spoils them

victim of its own success perhaps?

I dont think there has ever been such a car thats built up such a bad rep and managed to annoy most of the petrol heads worldwide

Shame, take it for what it is, there isnt really anything THAT bad about it.

Yep and i think it will get worse as they go down in price, as more of the ''vtec supercar'' type people will be able to afford them

Are there not a number of variants of it? I always understood that there were a few different ones, and I assumed Keirons is fairly closely geared as the car is so quick. I could be wrong!

your right ian, from what i've heard...

you got the F16wr, which is the same as the F20's gearing

and an F16cr, which is closer gearing
