been on and off the phone all day with a "network administrator" she had been creating a new user and all she needed to do was create it, map the network drives and set up the email. something she said she knew how to do. spent most of the time talking her through undoing everything she's done as she wouldn't let me access it remotely

she's not finished yet either so i'm expecting another phonecall
