Just insure the car as standard Deano - tbh it is.
I only declared Front Airdam, alloys (as option), lowering and exhaust.
Bell does seem really good. Will have a chat with dad tonight

Probably sold anyway. Ever the pessimist is me

Some insurers do, some don't. I'm planning to stay with Bell for another year so when they send my a NCB letter it will say 2 years. Driving any other car FTW

Tempted again and if I do the 10 month bonus, it'd be cheaper and I'd get NCB quicker.
ive not heard good things about this bonus 10 months to be honest, JM said hes had trouble getting other insurers to accept it as a year obv as its not a year
That'd be my only reserve. I suppose Bell would be great on initial quote, then next year, not as competitive if you've got 1 NCB, but other companies won't honour it.
I'm dreaming. With the sale of my car, and if I got insurance at a good price with losing 8 months NCB, I'd still need to find £5k that's a lot of money when earning, let alone a student.

I wouldnt bother with the bumper and alloys as they are standard C item. Lowering yes, and I probs wouldnt declair the exhaust. Go on mate, only a few come up at a good price like that!

You know what I'm like Mr. Pow.
And if I crashed, it'd only be replaced with standard and Irmy splitter so wouldn't lose out a great deal.

Tom, that means you need a new brake light switch. Check the plug on it first, and then the brake lights on the back. If alls OK, you need a new switch, tenner from a dealer, 10mm Socket to fit IIRC.
