I just remember asking if you were a backing singer for the scissor sisters when you posted it.

Turns out not many people write "scissor sisters backing singer" on here so it's easy to search for

Also i may have to write scissor sisters in the next 500 threads or so!

At that price you can't complain, you'd get that on ebay again no problem.

Your item cleared customs in GREAT BRITAIN at 11:26 AM on April 29, 2008. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Must have been shipped over via a guy in a pedalo.

finally! they will be here tomorrow! parcel force have been holding them at their depot as there is a customs charge of £28.97 that i needed to pay. they've had them at their depot for a week but have only just decided to tell me about it.

bit pointless buying cheaper stuff from the US if you have to pay customs charges but lesson learnt i suppose. knew i should have shipped them to one of my yank contacts as they are coming over on tuesday.

I never bother spending much on sunglasses as I only ever break them or leave them somewhere. A £10 pair from burtons usually does me a summer though

Is that what the hold up was

They still haven't bothered letting me know.

Even with that customs charge you are still saving 50 quid though from the cheapest I seen them from the uk, although would have got here considerably quicker.

enter your tracking number into this website mate: http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw

remove all the spaces first though. when i did it, it brought up my order but with a new GB tracking number and said it was being held. got a letter in the post this morning telling me the charges so i paid it online.

Works now, I tried that a couple of days ago as well, possibly on royal mail site though.

It's a farce we had to wait all this time for them to charge 30 quid, and the fact 12 of that will be an 'admin' charge from parcel farce.

Naa I couldn't see a link to let me pay?

I've not got the letter through yet.

Was it a generic link they sent you in the letter?
