just go along with it I'm sure there are a few who know what I mean (basically a nice long report with these headings:
- Background (company info)
- Terms of reference (why the report is being created)
- Existing system (What they are currently using)
- Problems with it ^^
etc etc oh the fun continues

Ive closed the site, i was just price hunting for a rough idea of what its going to cost my parents for my birthday
