Ally, things could be worse.

I just did an IQ test online (yes I'm bored) and where it had the description of the different results i.e 50-60, 70-90 etc.. it said that the test couldn't identify everyone's IQ because if your IQ was low enough you wouldn't know how to use the Internet and so not be able to take the test FPMSL!!!

made me laugh anyway.

10p for someone who can guess what I got.

£30 a week is £5 a day, thats more than enough

I spent £95 the other week, but because we bought a stereo in there as well as a months worth of kitten food, biscuits and milk. I swear its like having babies

just to show everyone...

quote:
It's also worth remembering that if you're entitled to Income Support, you automatically qualify for:
free dental care
free prescriptions
free school meals
Housing Benefit
Council Tax Benefit

Housing Benefit

Housing Benefits are paid through the government and are distributed through your local authority. These benefits help those who have low income or no money. These benefits help you to pay your rent. The benefit can only be paid to those people who rent their home or room including hostels, bed and breakfasts, caravan, houseboat, or mobile home. The Housing Benefit is not applicable to those who have a mortgage on a home. Help for mortgage payments may be received through Income Support services or through the Jobseeker’s Allowance.

so, you qualify for HB if you claim IS, but you dont get FREE rent, you get help with it.
