I think too many think learning guitar is about getting tabs to their favourite songs and copying them. Theres no skill in that. I used to spend hours on end just experimenting.

Mathieu for an acoustic u only really want medium picks :S thin i dont know what they are for but the heavy gauge ones are more for electric

the place I went to had about 40 different thicknesses

GAK do that I have some medium and heavy gauge epi's for my epi's and some extra heavy fender jobbies for when i purcase my tele

it's quite hard to get it exactly right, without spending about 8 hours on it

also, you'll find that it'll need tuning a lot to start with, while the strings stretch

I'll try that & then move onto a basic Oasis one

Main thing Im having problems with is getting my fingers used to being in the right place & actually being able to hold the strings. Small hands
