i have no problem with Saha and Rooney up front next season... plus Rossi looks amazing.... Ole back from Injury and Smithy could do the job if needed when he's back in September

sorry but im not feeling your vibe

Cisse scored 19 and crouch got 13...thats only 3 behind Rooney and cost a hell of alot less!

Plus your forgetting how shite Saha was before his injury and probably what he'll end up being like next season!

your counting all competitions

Cisse is fucking sh1e !!

why cant i swear on here anymore

If the Glazers ever had anything taken from them it would be the Tampaz Bay thing they have over the wash, as that is on reposession territory.

well it is, if Glaziers went under then so will Utd (although someone would come in and rescue them but it wouldnt be good for the team)

I would search google to prove you wrong but i'm about to watch Lost.

horse shit... Glazers go down, Man U do not... this is a fact mate

I know that.

OK then, you tell me what the money they borrowed to buy the club is secured against...

Just like if you get a loan from the bank for a house, you fail to make payments the house goes. You get a business loan secured against some premises you have, you dont make the payments the premises get repossesed.

Pasted from Businessman.com

"Once the company is taken off the Stock Exchange, Glazer can call an extraordinary general meeting to ask for United to become a private company and for his personal debts to be transferred onto the club.

Through Red Football, Glazer has borrowed £265million secured against United's assets and a further £275million in "pay-in-kind" loans known as Piks. These are thought to have to be repaid within five years and have very high interest rates of around 18 per cent, and it is these which could then be transferred onto the club"

lol nath.

cosmo, your forgeting how much money Man UTD actually have, the best team of last 6/7 years they had for fuck all really.

-rooney,rio,rudd,ronaldo money there rolling in it, 70k fans every home game, is mental. at £30 a pop thats 2million quid x23 home games + CUP Games, your looking at 35? home games a season, so in the region at 70million a year on tickets alone, and £30 a seat is being conservative as i have no idea how much a seat at old trafford is.

plus prem runners up/winners money, champs league money, sky money. and shirt sales, its coming out there ears

I believe that makes me right...so 265mil is secured against their assets (Im guessing the ground, training complex and probably a rough value on the team) and £275mil that the gLaziers ahve to milk out of their companies to pay the other loans off....I wonder why their ticket prices have just gone up 12%?!

Man Utd's NET profits are more than Real Madrid, there's only 1 british club that are bigger than Man Utd 'as a business' and that's Celtic, but obviously Man Utd are worth more as a name.

Im not getting what your point is here? There is no money in the club, it is in debt no matter how much profit you make each year as it all goes to pay off the £265mil the Glaziers have in loans.

Look...you make 3mil a game, yeah, thats great and for any other club who isnt massively in debt this would mean the ability to spend big.

But all that profit your making at the end of the season is going back to the Glaziers to pay off the loans. They have £265mil to pay off in 5 years at huge interest so your not going to have massive amounts for new players.

Christ you could have a 150k seater stadium and still not have anymore money to spend!
