When you get to lvl 50 you can prestige, where you get every thing you've worked so hard for taken off you, you then get a different symbol.

I know that you get prestige levels but is it just a case of keeping playing after level 50? Just that you said it as if it was a choice to make

No you can stay at 50 with everything but you want get no exp just cod points or prestige, its an option and go back to lvl 1.

I've only had it for 4 weeks or something, I'll leave it for now I reckon. Got up to level 49 today, only 4000exp till 50 I think.

Oh right, didn't realise you were asking about the actual system of prestiging. I've been on level 50 for ages now. It doesn't prestige unless you tell it to, but you lose absolutely everything, apart from graphics, which is a bit crap. You get to do that a whole 15 times over, oh joy.

Thing is, yes you don't get points as frequently and stuff, but I'm always still unlocking new challenges even after being 50 for ages. Got my 250hrs played challenge last week

So to get to prestige level 10 say you need to get up to level 50 10 times?

Yep and all you get is a new playercard background each time, a new class every two times and then gold camos at 15th. Oh, and some face paint and coloured tags from level 13 iirc.

Jesus, feck that. I do like the gold camo though but it'd take fucking months. Suppose you can't really say they've not thought about long term though!

I just try different weapons/perks every time i prestige to try and keep it fresh. Prestige 7 now, bit of a challenge running around with FNFAL and LAW for example.

Fuck the FAL, maybe in HC its ok but in Core (unless you have a turbo pad) its shite

Even with a turbo pad, its shite at range so still pretty useless.

Anyways, sick of Domination at the mo so playing some HC S&D. Not doing too badly, last night my best was 9 - 3 with 3 RC Cars, none of which got me any kills
